Delta Security Ltd., a private company limited by shares incorporated and registered under the laws of the State of Israel (Company No. 516991338, registered office at Str. Nes Mozes 2, 7565236, Rishon LeZiyon, Israel), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, doing business asDelta Security (“Delta Security” “we” “our”), welcomes you (the “User(s)”, or “you”) to our primary website at www.delta-security.com (the “Site”). Our Site offers information regarding our company and our professional consulting and security-related services (“Service(s)” as further detailed below). Each of the Site’s Users may use the Site in accordance with the terms and conditions hereunder

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By entering, connecting to, accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the following terms of use, including the terms of our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy (collectively, the “Terms”), and you agree to be bound by them and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your use of the Site. You further acknowledge that these Terms constitute a binding and enforceable legal contract between Delta Security and you. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT ENTER, CONNECT, ACCESS OR USE THE SITE AND/OR THE SERVICES IN ANY MANNER. The Site is available only to individuals who (a) are at least eighteen (18) years old; and (b) possess the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and to form a binding agreement under any applicable law. You hereby represent that you possess the legal authority to enter into these Terms and to form a binding agreement under any applicable law, to use the Site in accordance with these Terms, and to fully perform your obligations hereunder. If you are using the Services for the benefit of and/or on behalf of any third party, you hereby represent that such third party was made aware of these Terms and that you are authorized to bind such third party to these Terms.

2. The Site and the Services

Delta Security offers its Users an online platform through which Users can obtain information regarding our company and our professional services. These services include, without limitation:

1) physical security services, such as physical security for VIPs and delegations; close protection of individuals and groups; transportation security and armored vehicles; elite property protection; security of facilities; and security of events including weddings, concerts, and corporate gatherings;

2) information security services, such as comprehensive security audits; penetration testing; process implementation; digital forensics; security training; web application assessment; compliance support; and mobile application testing;

3) intelligence services, such as analytical reports and summaries; verification of biographical, professional, and general data; financial and legal due diligence; and OSINT/WEBINT investigations;

4) investigation services, such as investigations of the highest complexity; identification of crypto asset origins; cyber investigations; corporate violations and fraudulent schemes investigations; detection of illegal activities and shadow financial flows; and preparation of expert reports with legal significance;

5) consulting services, such as security consulting and strategic support; strategic advisory for top management and business owners; development of comprehensive measures to enhance the security of businesses, facilities, and personnel; support in making critical decisions related to risk management, personnel, foreign policy, and economic challenges; development and implementation of security standards; creation of corporate policies and procedures for the protection of information, people, and assets in accordance with best international practices and industry requirements; audit and risk assessment; development of corporate security architecture including the selection of technologies, organizational measures, and personnel training; support for transnational activities; and ensuring business security when entering foreign markets, including unstable regions and high-risk areas;

6) crisis management services, such as a wide range of crisis and emergency management solutions for municipalities, corporations, and private organizations; organization of rapid response teams and coordination of actions during emergencies, force majeure events, and external threats; developing response plans, staff instructions, evacuation scenarios, and business continuity procedures; analysis and assessment of organizational readiness and resilience; conducting seminars, workshops, trainings, simulations, and readiness assessments for managers and employees; and development of methodologies, specialized tools, modular and tailored solutions, as well as implementation of turnkey projects. (collectively, the “Services”). The Site may also provide you with general information and updates regarding Delta Security, including company overviews, professional expertise, team qualifications, publications, case studies, and other materials related to our operations. In addition, the Site may contain features such as contact forms, CRM-integrated inquiries, newsletters, subscription services, reports, marketing materials, and other specialized content including text, files, logos, images, data compilations, links, videos, technical documents, know-how, specifications, interface design, graphical features, and interactive elements (collectively, the “Content”).

SUCH THIRD PARTY CONTENT IS NOT VERIFIED BY DELTA SECURITY, DOES NOT BIND DELTA SECURITY IN ANY FORM, AND DELTA SECURITY CANNOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF SUCH THIRD PARTY CONTENT. DELTA SECURITY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN ANY WAY FOR ANY THIRD PARTY CONTENT. IN ANY CASE WHERE SUCH INFORMATION CONTRADICTS OR IS INCONSISTENT WITH INFORMATION PROVIDED DIRECTLY TO YOU UNDER A SIGNED AGREEMENT WITH DELTA SECURITY, ONLY THE INFORMATION SUPPLIED UNDER SUCH WRITTEN AGREEMENT SHALL PREVAIL.


ALL RIGHTS IN AND TO THE CONTENT AVAILABLE ON THE SITE ARE RESERVED TO DELTA SECURITY OR ITS LICENSORS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND THE CONTENT AVAILABLE THEREIN ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. DELTA SECURITY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON AS A RESULT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH, YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND/OR THE CONTENT AVAILABLE THEREIN, OR ANY DECISION MADE OR ACTION TAKEN, OR NOT TAKEN, IN RELIANCE ON THE USE OF THE SITE AND/OR THE CONTENT.


YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND/OR THE CONTENT AVAILABLE THEREIN IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

3. Professional Disclaimer (No Guarantee of Security Outcome)

The information and materials presented on the Site, including any descriptions of Services, case studies, reports, or articles, are provided solely for general informational purposes. They do notconstitute professional advice, legal counsel, or binding security recommendations, and should not be relied upon as such. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.


Delta Security provides its Services exclusively pursuant to individually signed written agreements that define the scope, deliverables, and limitations of each engagement. The descriptions of Services on the Site shall not be construed as a binding proposal, offer, or guarantee of performance. No professional-client relationship is created by your use of the Site or by your communication with us through the Site’s contact forms, newsletters, or CRM systems.


Security, cybersecurity, and risk management outcomes depend on multiple external and uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to: the actions of Users, third parties, governmental authorities, criminal actors, cyber attackers, and force majeure events. Accordingly, Delta Security does not and cannot guarantee that any particular security threat will be fully eliminated, that incidents will not occur, or that all risks will be prevented.


For the avoidance of doubt, nothing on the Site and none of the Services shall be deemed to constitute licensed guarding activity under the Israeli Security Services Law, 1972, or equivalent regulatory frameworks. Delta Security does not represent itself as a replacement for law enforcement, governmental intelligence agencies, or other licensed regulatory authorities, and Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable legal requirements in their jurisdiction.


You hereby acknowledge and agree that, even in the context of a signed agreement, Delta Security makes no warranty, representation, or commitment regarding the achievement of specific outcomes. All recommendations, reports, and findings provided by Delta Security are intended as professional input only, and ultimate responsibility for implementing, monitoring, and enforcing security measures remains with the User.

4. User Responsibility

4.1. Compliance with Laws and Responsible Use

By accessing and using the Site and/or any Services, you agree to use them only in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards. You shall not use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purpose. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Site and/or the Services complies with the applicable laws of your jurisdiction, including, without limitation, laws governing security services, privacy, and data protection.

4.2. Accuracy of Information Provided

When contacting Delta Security via the Site, registering for any account or subscription, or otherwise submitting information, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You bear sole responsibility for the truthfulness and reliability of any information that you provide, and you agree not to misrepresent your identity or submit false or misleading information.

4.3. Confidential and Sensitive Data

You acknowledge and agree that the Internet is not a fully secure environment for the transmission of sensitive or classified information. You shall not use the Site’s contact forms, CRM integrations,or communication channels to transmit highly confidential, secret, or classified information unless expressly agreed in writing with Delta Security. Delta Security shall not be liable for any interception, disclosure, or loss of data transmitted over the Internet.

4.4. Technical Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your devices, software, and networks are properly secured and configured to access the Site. This includes responsibility for maintaining updated security software, firewalls, and data protection measures. Delta Security disclaims all liability for damages or losses caused by your failure to implement adequate security protections on your systems.

4.5. Conduct

You agree not to engage in any conduct that may disrupt, damage, or interfere with the Site, the Services, or the infrastructure of Delta Security or its authorized third-party service providers (including, without limitation, hosting, CRM, or analytics providers). This includes, but is not limited to, the introduction of malware, unauthorized penetration testing, denial-of-service attacks, automated scraping, or excessive network requests.

4.6. Responsibility for Outcomes

You acknowledge that the use of the Site and/or reliance on any Content or recommendations is at your sole risk. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make, the actions you take, and the implementation of any security measures within your organization. Delta Security shall not be liable for any direct or indirect consequences of your reliance on or failure to act upon information made available through the Site.

5. Waiver and Release

5.1. General Waiver

By using the Site and/or engaging with any Content made available by Delta Security, you hereby expressly waive and release Delta Security, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and representatives (“Delta Security Representatives”) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, whether direct or indirect, that may arise from or be connected to your use of the Site or reliance upon the Content. This waiver applies regardless of whether such claims are based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal or equitable theory.

5.2. No Liability for Third-Party Services

You acknowledge and agree that the Site integrates with or references authorized third-party services, including but not limited to hosting platforms, CRM providers, analytics tools, email marketing systems, and payment processors. Delta Security does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for these third-party services. Accordingly, you hereby release Delta Security and Delta Security Representatives from any liability or damages arising out of or related to your use of, or reliance upon, such third-party services.

5.3. Waiver Regarding Data Transmission

You acknowledge that the transmission of data over the Internet, including communications made through Site forms, CRM systems, or email, is inherently insecure. By using the Site, you expressly waive and release Delta Security from any liability for interception, loss, unauthorized access, or disclosure of data during transmission, unless otherwise expressly provided under a written and signed agreement.

5.4. Waiver for Security-Related Outcomes

You further acknowledge that no security service or consulting engagement can guarantee the prevention of incidents, breaches, attacks, or other adverse outcomes. By using the Site or engaging with Delta Security, you expressly waive and release any claim against Delta Security related to the failure to prevent, mitigate, or eliminate risks, threats, or incidents. Responsibility for implementing and maintaining protective measures ultimately rests with you.

5.5. Marketing and Publications

From time to time, Delta Security may publish case studies, reports, or general market analysis that reference security scenarios or incidents. Such materials are intended for informational purposes only and do not establish any professional obligation or liability. By accessing such materials, you expressly release Delta Security from any liability arising from your reliance on such publications.

6. Fees and Payments

6.1. Contractual Basis Only

All Services provided by Delta Security are subject exclusively to a separately signed written agreement (“Service Agreement”) between Delta Security and the client. The Service Agreement shall define the scope of Services, responsibilities, deliverables, and the applicable fees. The Site does not provide any option for payment, and no payment is accepted through the Site. Any reference to pricing or cost on the Site, if present, is indicative only, non-binding, and shall not be construed as a public offer or quotation.

6.2. Individual Pricing

The fees for Services are determined on a case-by-case basis, reflecting the specific needs, scope, and complexity of the engagement. Each Service Agreement will establish the agreed fees and payment schedule. No two engagements are the same, and therefore no standard pricing applies.

6.3. Currency and Taxes

Unless otherwise stated in the Service Agreement, all fees are denominated and payable in United States Dollars (USD) or New Israeli Shekels (NIS). Fees are exclusive of applicable VAT, sales tax, or other governmental charges, which shall be added as required by law. The client is solely responsible for paying all applicable taxes and charges.

6.4. No Refunds

Unless otherwise explicitly provided in a Service Agreement, all payments made to Delta Security are final and non-refundable. Services that have been scheduled, allocated, or delivered shall notbe subject to reimbursement. In the event that a Service is postponed or rescheduled, such changes shall be governed solely by the terms of the applicable Service Agreement.

6.5. Payment Terms

Payment deadlines, methods of payment (such as bank transfer), and any applicable milestones are established exclusively in the Service Agreement. Failure to comply with agreed payment terms may result in suspension or termination of Services, at Delta Security’s sole discretion, without prejudice to its right to claim any outstanding amounts.

6.6. Late Payments

In the event of late payment, Delta Security reserves the right to charge interest at the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, accruing daily from the due date until the date of payment. In addition, the client shall reimburse Delta Security for all reasonable legal costs and expenses incurred in connection with collecting overdue payments.

6.7. Promotions and Discounts

Any discounts, special terms, or promotional arrangements are provided at Delta Security’s sole discretion and must be documented in writing in the Service Agreement. Delta Security reserves the right to withdraw or amend such promotions at any time, without affecting ongoing agreements that have already been executed.

7. Use Restrictions

There are certain types of conduct which are strictly prohibited when using the Site. Please read the following restrictions carefully. Failure to comply with any of the provisions set forth herein may result, at Delta Security’s sole discretion, in the termination of your access to the Site, and may also expose you to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law. Unless otherwise explicitly permitted under these Terms or in writing by Delta Security, you may not (and you may not permit anyone to):

(a) use the Site and/or the Content for any illegal, unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, unauthorized, or immoral purposes, including but not limited to activities that may constitute a violation of security, privacy, or data protection laws, such as the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741–1981 (including its amendments), the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the United States California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and any equivalent legislation in other applicable jurisdictions;

(b) use the Site and/or Content for any non-personal or commercial purposes unrelated to the engagement of Services from Delta Security, including resale, sublicensing, or re-distribution of Content without prior written approval;

(c) remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices, disclaimers, or legal statements displayed on the Site or within the Content, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, and confidentiality legends;

(d) interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to disrupt the operation of the Site, the servers or networks hosting the Site, or any connected third-party service, including without limitation denial-of-service attacks, overloading, flooding, spamming, or introducing malicious code;

(e) bypass, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site, including but not limited to authentication systems, monitoring mechanisms, or protections designed to prevent unauthorized access, scraping, or data extraction;

(f) harvest, collect, or otherwise process personally identifiable information about other Users of the Site without their explicit consent, whether manually or using automated tools such as crawlers, bots, scrapers, or similar technologies;

(g) falsely state, misrepresent, or otherwise provide inaccurate or misleading information about your identity, affiliation, or purpose of use when communicating with Delta Security or using the Site;

(h) take any action that imposes, or may impose, at Delta Security’s sole discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Site’s infrastructure or on the systems of our third-party service providers, such as CRM platforms, hosting providers, or analytics tools;

(i) copy, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publicly display, distribute, or otherwise use Content from the Site in any way or for any purpose not expressly permitted by these Terms or by Delta Security in writing;

(j) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Site, whether by hacking, password mining, or any other illegitimate or unlawful method;

(k) frame, mirror, or deep-link to any portion of the Site without Delta Security’s prior express written authorization;

(l) transmit or otherwise make available in connection with the Site any virus, worm, Trojan Horse, spyware, ransomware, time bomb, or other malicious code, or any software designed to damage, disrupt, or interfere with the proper functioning of any system or data;

(m) use the Site or its Content in any way that infringes or violates the intellectual property rights, proprietary rights, or legal rights of Delta Security or any third party;

(n) engage in any conduct that may, in Delta Security’s sole discretion, adversely affect the integrity, functionality, security, or reputation of the Site or of Delta Security. You acknowledge and agree that any breach of these restrictions shall entitle Delta Security toseek immediate injunctive relief, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies available under applicable law.

8. Minors

The Site is intended solely for use by individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By accessing or using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and form a binding agreement under applicable law.


We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or process personal information from individuals under the age of eighteen (18). If it comes to our attention that a person under this age is using the Site or has provided personal information to us without the verified consent of a parent or legal guardian, we will take immediate steps to terminate such access and to delete any related personal information from our systems, to the extent practicable.


Delta Security reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage, in order to verify that minors under the age of eighteen (18) are not using the Site. We further reserve the right to block access to the Site for any User if we suspect, at our sole discretion, that the User is a minor or has misrepresented his or her age or identity.


Parents and legal guardians remain fully responsible for monitoring and supervising the online activities of minors under their care. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that your child has accessed the Site or provided personal information to Delta Security in violation of these Terms, please contact us immediately using the details provided in Section 27 (Contact), so that we may take appropriate action.

9. Contacting us via the Site

In order to contact Delta Security through the Site, you may be required to complete and submit an online contact form. Such form may request, inter alia, your full name, email address, telephone number, and the subject of your inquiry. You may also include additional information that you

voluntarily choose to provide in the message field.

By submitting your information through the Site’s contact form or by communicating with us via any other channels provided on the Site (including but not limited to email, telephone, encrypted messaging applications, or integrated CRM systems), you expressly consent to Delta Security collecting, processing, and storing the information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

You acknowledge and agree that while Delta Security takes commercially reasonable measures to protect communications submitted through the Site, the transmission of data over the Internet is never completely secure. Accordingly, Delta Security cannot guarantee that your inquiry or any information transmitted will not be intercepted, lost, or accessed by unauthorized third parties. You submit such information entirely at your own risk.

For sensitive or confidential matters, you are strongly encouraged to contact Delta Security through secure channels as agreed upon in advance under a written Service Agreement. Delta Security disclaims all liability for any disclosure, interception, or unauthorized access to data transmitted via standard Internet forms, email, or CRM systems.

Delta Security will make reasonable efforts to review and respond to inquiries submitted via the Site, but we make no commitment or guarantee regarding response times, the substance of responses, or the availability of any specific employee or representative. Submitting a contact request does not establish a contractual relationship, professional-client engagement, or any obligation on the part of Delta Security to provide Services. Only a duly signed Service Agreement creates binding obligations.

10. Registration and User Account

10.1. Account Creation

In certain cases, the Site may offer functionality that requires Users to register and create a personal account (“Account”). The creation of an Account may be necessary to access specific features, such as subscription-based content, training modules, or client portals. In order to create an Account, you may be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full name, email address, phone number, and organizational affiliation. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that all information you submit is truthful, accurate, and not misleading.

10.2. User Credentials and Security

Your Account will be protected by login credentials (such as a username and password). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities conducted under your Account. You agree not to share your credentials with any unauthorized third party and not to allow anyone else to access your Account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account, you must notify Delta Security immediately and change your password without delay. Delta Security shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your failure to protect your login information.

10.3. Prohibited Use of Accounts

You may not create more than one (1) active Account without the prior written consent of Delta Security. You may not create an Account for another person or entity without authorization, nor impersonate any other individual, company, or organization. Accounts registered with false or misleading information may be suspended or terminated at Delta Security’s sole discretion.

10.4. Transfer and Assignment

Your rights and obligations under your Account are personal to you and may not be transferred, assigned, or delegated to any other person or entity without the express prior written consent of Delta Security. Any attempt to do so without consent shall be deemed void and of no effect.

10.5. Liability for Account Use

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all use of your Account, whether authorized by you or not. Delta Security disclaims all liability for losses, damages, or claims arising out of the unauthorized use of your Account by any third party. If Delta Security has reason to believe that your Account has been compromised or misused, we may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your Account without prior notice.

10.6. Account Cancellation

You may request to cancel your Account at any time by contacting Delta Security through the channels specified in Section 27 (Contact). Please note that cancellation of your Account may result in the loss of access to certain features, data, or content. Delta Security does not accept any liability for such loss. Information retained by Delta Security following cancellation will be managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Privacy and Cookie Policy

11.1. Commitment to Privacy

Delta Security respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. We believe that you have the right to know how your data is collected, used, stored, and protected when you interact with our Site. The rules governing such collection and processing are set forth in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference and form an integral part of these Terms.

11.2. Collection of Information

When you use the Site, we may collect personal information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, and organization, as well as technical information automatically collected through cookies, analytics tools, and CRM integrations. This information may be used to respond to your inquiries, manage your requests, improve the Site, enhance user experience, and provide marketing or informational communications where legally permitted.

11.3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance functionality, personalize user experience, and analyze site traffic. Cookies may also be deployed by third-party providers integrated into the Site, including but not limited to Framer (hosting), Google Analytics (traffic analysis), CRM systems (customer relationship management), and marketing automation platforms. By using the Site, you consent to the placement and use of cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

11.4. International Data Transfers

You acknowledge and agree that personal data collected through the Site may be stored and processed by Delta Security Ltd. in Israel, as well as on servers located outside of Israel, including in the European Union, the United States, or other jurisdictions where our authorized service providers (such as hosting and platform providers) operate. These jurisdictions may not provide the same level of data protection as Israeli law or the law of your jurisdiction. By using the Site, you expressly consent to such cross-border storage, processing, and transfer of your personal information.

11.5. No Absolute Security of Data Transmission

Delta Security implements commercially reasonable measures to safeguard the personal information we collect. However, you acknowledge and agree that the transmission of data over the Internet, including through Site forms, CRM platforms, and email, is inherently insecure. Delta Security does not guarantee that your personal information will not be intercepted, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by unauthorized third parties. Your use of the Site and submission of data is at your own risk.

11.6. Consent and Anti-Spam Compliance

By submitting your contact information or subscribing to updates, you consent to receive communications from Delta Security in accordance with the Israeli Anti-Spam Law, 2008 (Law for Regulation of Electronic Mail). You may withdraw such consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our emails or by contacting us directly. Delta Security will honor such opt-out requests in accordance with applicable law.

11.7. Third-Party Privacy Policies

Please note that third-party services integrated into the Site, such as hosting providers, CRM platforms, or analytics tools, may collect and process data in accordance with their own privacy policies. Delta Security does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. You are encouraged to review their privacy policies carefully.

11.8. User Rights

In accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981 and other applicable data protection laws, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Requests to exercise these rights should be directed to us through the channels described in Section 27 (Contact).

12. Use of Third-Party Services (Framer, CRM, Analytics, SaaS)

12.1. Integration with Third-Party Platforms

The Site operates with the support of various third-party platforms and services, including but not

limited to:

Framer (site hosting and design framework);

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (for managing inquiries, requests, and communications);

Delta Security expressly disclaims any and all liability arising from your use of, reliance upon, or inability to use such third-party platforms.

12.3. Data Processing by Third Parties

By using the Site, you acknowledge and agree that data submitted by you (including personal information such as your name, email, and phone number) may be stored, transmitted, and processed by third-party providers outside the direct control of Delta Security. These third parties may store data on servers located in Israel, the European Union, the United States, or otherjurisdictions. You acknowledge and agree that such changes may affect the operation, features, or availability of the Site, and Delta Security shall not be liable for any resulting impact on you or your use of the Site.

In accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981 and other applicable data protection laws, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Requests to exercise these rights should be directed to us through the channels described in Section 27 (Contact).

13. International Data Transfers

13.1. General Principle

By using the Site and/or providing personal information to Delta Security, you acknowledge and agree that your data may be stored, processed, and transferred across national borders. Such transfers may include jurisdictions that do not provide the same level of data protection as is afforded under the laws of the State of Israel or the laws of your country of residence.

13.2. Locations of Processing

However, Delta Security cannot guarantee the security, confidentiality, or integrity of data handled by such third parties.

13.4. User Consent

By using the Site, submitting information through contact forms, subscribing to newsletters, or otherwise interacting with Delta Security, you expressly consent to the collection, transfer, storage, and processing of your information outside of Israel, including to jurisdictions with different data protection frameworks. If you do not consent to such transfers, you must immediately cease use of the Site.

13.5. Disclaimer of Liability

You acknowledge and agree that Delta Security shall not be liable for any loss, damage, unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse of data arising out of or related to international data transfers, except where expressly required under a signed Service Agreement.

14. Intellectual Property Rights

14.1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

The Site, including without limitation all text, graphics, images, logos, icons, software, source code, object code, databases, know-how, trade secrets, methodologies, user interfaces, visual design, and the overall “look and feel” (collectively, the “Content”), as well as all intellectual property rights embodied therein, are owned by Delta Security or licensed to Delta Security by third parties. Such intellectual property is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws and international treaties.

14.2. No Transfer of Rights

These Terms do not convey to you any ownership rights or interests in the Content or in any intellectual property rights of Delta Security. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Site for personal or internal business purposes. Any other use of the Content is strictly prohibited without the prior express written consent of Delta Security.

14.3. Prohibited Uses

If you provide Delta Security with any comments, feedback, suggestions, or ideas for improvement (“Feedback”), you hereby grant Delta Security a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such Feedback in any form and for any purpose, without compensation to you. You represent and warrant that your Feedback does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

14.5. Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Delta Security and its licensors. Unauthorized use of the Content or of any intellectual property of Delta Security constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action, including injunctive relief and claims for damages, under applicable law.

15. Trademarks and Trade Names

15.1. Delta Security Marks

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features used by Delta Security in connection with the Site and Services (collectively, the “Delta Security Marks”) are the sole property of Delta Security, whether or not registered. The Delta Security Marks are protected under applicable trademark laws and international conventions.

Delta Security actively enforces its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by law. 16. Linking to Delta Security’s Site and Links to Third Party Sites

16.1. Linking to Our Site

We welcome links to any publicly accessible page of the Site, provided that such links do not: (a) state or imply any form of affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by Delta Security where none exists; (b) portray Delta Security, its Services, or its representatives in a false, misleading, derogatory, or offensive manner; or (c) originate from websites that contain unlawful, infringing, harmful, or offensive content. You may not link to the Site from a website that you do not own or for which you lack authorization.

16.2. Framing and Inline Linking

You are expressly prohibited from framing, mirroring, or otherwise incorporating any part of the Site into another website or service without the prior written consent of Delta Security. Delta Security reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revoke linking permission to the Site at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. Upon request, you agree to immediately remove any links to the Site that you have created.

17.1. Integration with Social Networks

The Site may include social sharing, interaction, and posting features (collectively, “Social Features”). These may include, without limitation, buttons and plugins such as “Like, ” “Share, ” or “Follow” from platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Instagram, YouTube, or other social networks (collectively, “Social Networks”). Social Features are operated by third-party Social Networks that are not owned, managed, or controlled by Delta Security. 17.3. Privacy and Data Sharing

You acknowledge and agree that any interaction with Social Features may result in data being collected, processed, or stored by the relevant Social Network according to its own policies, and Delta Security shall not be responsible or liable for such practices.

The appearance of Social Features on the Site does not imply endorsement or affiliation by Delta Security with the relevant Social Networks or with other Users’ activities on those platforms. 19.5. User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your devices, software, and network connections are properly configured to access the Site. Delta Security shall not be liable for any unavailability caused by your equipment, network provider, or local Internet connectivity issues.

Delta Security, together with its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers (collectively, “Delta Security Representatives”), expressly disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

21.2. No Warranties of Accuracy or Reliability

Delta Security makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that the Site, the Content, or any Services described therein: (a) will be accurate, complete, reliable, up-to-date, or suitable for any particular purpose; (b) will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; (c) will correct any defects, vulnerabilities, or deficiencies; or (d) will produce specific results or outcomes.

21.3. No Guarantee of Security Outcomes

You acknowledge and agree that the information and Content on the Site are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice or a binding commitment by Delta Security. Even in the context of Services delivered under a signed Service Agreement, Delta Security does not warrant or guarantee that any security measures, recommendations, or implementations will eliminate all threats, prevent all incidents, or achieve any specific outcome. Security and risk management inherently involve uncertainties and factors beyond Delta Security’s control.

21.4. Internet and Transmission Risks

Delta Security does not guarantee that the Site, its servers, or communications transmitted through the Internet will be free from viruses, malware, ransomware, denial-of-service attacks, interception, or other harmful components. You acknowledge that the transmission of data over the Internet is never entirely secure, and Delta Security disclaims all responsibility for any loss, damage, disclosure, or alteration of data during transmission.

21.5. Third-Party Services and Content

The Site may integrate, rely on, or display third-party services and content, including but not limited to hosting providers, CRM platforms, analytics tools, and external information sources. Delta Security makes no representation or warranty regarding such third-party services or content, and expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for their availability, security, accuracy, legality, or performance.

21.6. Local Consumer Rights

Certain jurisdictions, including Israel, may not allow the exclusion of specific warranties or conditions. Accordingly, some of the disclaimers set forth in this Section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms shall affect any non-waivable statutory rights to which you are entitled

22. Limitation of Liability

22.1. Maximum Extent Permitted by Law

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Delta Security, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, or service providers (collectively, “Delta Security Representatives”) be liable for any damages of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site, the Content, or the Services referenced therein.

22.2. Types of Excluded Damages

This exclusion of liability applies, without limitation, to damages for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities; (b) loss of goodwill or reputation; (c) loss, corruption, or disclosure of data; (d) business interruption; (e) costs of substitute goods or services; (f) unauthorized access, cyberattacks, or data breaches; (g) delays, errors, or omissions in the operation of the Site; or (h) any reliance placed by you on the Site or Content.

22.3. Limitation of Aggregate Liability

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, in the event that Delta Security or Delta Security Representatives are found liable under any theory of liability (whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), the total aggregate liability of Delta Security and Delta Security Representatives shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount actually paid by you to Delta Security under the specific Service Agreement giving rise to the claim; or (b) one (1) U.S. Dollar (USD $1.00).

22.4. Third-Party Services

Delta Security shall have no liability whatsoever for any acts, omissions, errors, failures, or breaches committed by third-party service providers, including but not limited to hosting platforms, CRM providers, analytics services, payment processors, or telecommunications operators.

22.5. Allocation of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that the limitations of liability set forth in this Section are fundamental elements of the Terms, and that the Site and Content would not be made available to you without such limitations.

22.6. Jurisdictional Exceptions

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, the liability of Delta Security and Delta Security Representatives shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

23. Indemnification

23.1. General Obligation

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Delta Security, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers (collectively, “Delta Security Representatives”) from and against any and all claims, demands, suits, actions, proceedings, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees and legal expenses) arising out of or in connection with:

(a) your use, misuse, or inability to use the Site, Content, or Services;

(b) your violation of these Terms;

(c) your violation of any third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or contractual rights;

(d) your breach of any applicable law, regulation, or professional obligation; or(e) any negligent, reckless, or intentional misconduct by you.

23.2. Third-Party Claims

This indemnification obligation applies to claims brought by any third party, including but not limited to clients, regulators, law enforcement authorities, partners, or other Users of the Site, who allege harm, damage, or loss caused directly or indirectly by your actions or omissions.

23.3. Assumption of Defense

Delta Security reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. In such case, you agree to fully cooperate with Delta Security in asserting any available defenses and in mitigating potential damages.

23.4. No Settlement Without Consent

You may not settle or compromise any indemnified claim without the prior express written consent of Delta Security. Any settlement entered into without such consent shall not be binding upon Delta Security.

23.5. Survival

Your indemnification obligations under this Section shall survive the termination or expiration of these Terms and shall remain in effect regardless of whether you continue to use the Site or Services.

24. Amendments to the Terms

24.1. Right to Amend

Delta Security reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms, including any policies incorporated by reference (such as the Privacy Policy or Cookie Policy), at any time and without prior notice, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

24.2. Material Changes

In the event of material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, Delta Security will make reasonable efforts to provide notice by posting a clear announcement on the Site and/or by sending an email notification to Users who have provided a valid email address. Such material changes shall take effect seven (7) days after such notice is given, unless otherwise specified in the notice or required by law.

24.3. Immediate Effect for Legal Compliance

Notwithstanding the foregoing, amendments made in order to comply with legal, regulatory, or security requirements may take effect immediately upon publication, without prior notice to Users.

24.4. User’s Responsibility

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any updates. Your continued access to or use of the Site after the “Last Revised” date constitutes your full acceptanceof the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site.

24.5. Superseding Effect

Any amendment or modification of these Terms shall supersede all prior versions. In the event of inconsistency between these Terms and any other policy, contract, or statement published on the Site, the most recent version of these Terms shall prevail.

25. Termination of these Terms and the Termination of the Site’s Operation

25.1. Right to Terminate Use

Delta Security may, at any time and at its sole discretion, suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Site, with or without notice, for any reason or for no reason at all. Grounds for termination may include, but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, unlawful use of the Site, infringement of intellectual property rights, or conduct deemed harmful to Delta Security or its reputation.

25.2. Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your access to the Site, your right to use the Site and any related Content shall immediately cease. You acknowledge and agree that Delta Security may, in its sole discretion, delete, disable, or deny you access to any data, content, or information associated with your use of the Site, without liability to you.

25.3. Termination of the Site’s Operation

Delta Security reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to discontinue, suspend, or permanently shut down the Site, in whole or in part. You acknowledge and agree that Delta Security shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any consequences arising from the discontinuation or termination of the Site’s operation.

25.4. Survival of Provisions

Termination of these Terms or of your access to the Site shall not affect provisions of these Terms which, by their nature and purpose, are intended to survive termination. Without limitation, the following sections shall survive: Intellectual Property Rights, Trademarks and Trade Names, Disclaimers and No Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Applicable Law and Jurisdiction, and any other provisions necessary to give effect to their intent.

25.5. No Waiver of Rights

Termination of these Terms shall be without prejudice to any rights or remedies that Delta Security may have accrued prior to termination, including the right to pursue damages, injunctive relief, or other legal remedies under applicable law.

26. General

26.1. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other legal notices published on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Delta Security with respect to the use of the Site. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.

26.2. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to these Terms.

26.3. Jurisdiction and Venue

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Site, or the Services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa, Israel. You agree to waive any defense of lack of personal jurisdiction, improper venue, or forum non conveniens. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Delta Security reserves the right to seek injunctive relief or enforce judgments in any competent court worldwide.

26.4. Relationship of the Parties

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or fiduciary relationship between you and Delta Security. Neither party has the authority to bind the other party in any manner without express written consent.

26.5. Severability
